2. Membership & Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals 18 years or older. Minors may participate with parental or guardian consent. You must provide accurate information when registering and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Memberships are non-transferable and may be revoked if terms are violated.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that fitness activities involve inherent risks. You should consult a physician before beginning any fitness program. GOA F.I.T.T Club is not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or damages that may arise from participation.

4. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Membership fees are billed as per the plan selected at the time of registration. No refunds will be issued for partially used membership periods. You may cancel your membership at any time, but cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

5. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and other participants.Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of membership without a refund. Proper attire and equipment usage are required in all fitness activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to workouts, training guides, and videos, is the property of GOA F.I.T.T Club and may not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.

7. Modifications & Termination

GOA F.I.T.T Club reserves the right to modify or terminate services at any time without notice. Changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or website updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

GOA F.I.T.T Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs. You assume full responsibility for your health and safety while engaging in any fitness activities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Atlanta, Ga USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Atlanta, Ga.
