Senior Body Sculpting is an innovative low-impact workout for adults age 55 & up designed to provide a more enjoyable life for our seniors by expanding their awareness and their involvement in health and fitness. Senior body sculpting will help seniors identify their health and wellness goals and provide them with the opportunities necessary to meet those goals.
